In-person and remote public participation will begin prior to the regular meeting at 7:00 pm. Numerous residents have complained about safety concerns for pedestrians walking in and out of the plaza  alongside vehicles. Safety awareness mechanisms would be helpful to try to deter any accidents involving vehicles and walkers.
