be named the Non-Commercial Short-Term Rental Interim Zoning District (IZD), the intent of which is

These prohibitions shall apply citywide. Aside from the use prohibited herein, all other permitted and
conditional uses shall be as provided in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
