Board of Review Ordinances for Review: Sec 2-133 Board Of Review Composition: The Board of Review shall consist of the Mayor, the City Clerk and three Alderpersons and three alternate members who shall be annually appointed at the Council's organizational meeting. Officers: The Mayor shall be the presiding officer for said Board. The City Clerk shall be the Clerk of the Board and shall keep an accurate record of all proceedings and give the notices of meetings and adjournments as provided for by statutes. Confidentiality: Information about income and expenses that is provided to the Assessor pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 70.47(7)(af) shall be confidential; provided that this subsection shall not apply to persons using the information in the discharge of duties imposed by law or of the duties of their office or by order of a court. APPEARANCES AND SWORN TESTIMONY BY ANY PROPERTY OWNERS AND/OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WHO HAVE FILED A WRITTEN OBJECTION FORM. 13. DISCUSSION/DECISION ON OBJECTIONS FILED BY PROPERTY OWNER(S) 14. ALLOW TAXPAYERS TO EXAMINE THE ROLL 15. ADJOURNMENT
