Palicki Village Manager The Board of Ethics meeting was held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at the Village Hall. Steven C. Vinezeano The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chairman Gaudio. Village Clerk Marlene J. Victorine Members Present: Staff Present: Chairman Anthony Gaudio Kathy M. Thake, Admin. Asst. Matthew Lagodzinski Joseph J. Annunzio, Village Attorney Steve Ostrega Randy Greco Also Present: Christopher B. Cohen, Inspector General Members Absent: Denise McCreery Approval of Minutes Mr. Greco made a motion, seconded by Mr. Lagodzinski, to approve the minutes of the April 15, 2014, meeting; on voice vote all concurred. New Business None Comments from the Public Resident Louella Preston of 9267 N Maryland, Niles, commented that she had emailed the Village Attorney Annunzio as it relates to parliamentary procedures recently discussed at the Village Board meeting. As of today she had not received an answer and would like to know how she should proceed. Village Attorney Annunzio responded that he will email his response to Mrs. Preston immediately. Executive Session Motion made by Mr. Ostrega to move into executive session at 5:36 p.m. to review previously submitted complaints, seconded by Mr. Lagodzinski; on voice vote all concurred. Motion to reconvene at 6:02 p.m. was made by a unanimous vote; all concurred. Reconvene in Open Session www.vniles.com Motion to reconvene in open session at 6:05 p.m. was made by a unanimous vote. Arising out of Executive Session Motion made by Mr. Ostrega to suspend activity on complaint 2014-01, seconded by Mr. Lagodzinski; on voice vote all concurred. Next Meeting A meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at 5:30 p.m. Adjournment Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Greco seconded by Mr. Lagodzinski; all concurred and the meeting adjourned at 6:07 p.m. Kathy M.
