The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman Gaudio. Members Present: Staff Present: Chairman Anthony Gaudio Joseph J. Annunzio, Village Attorney Steve Ostrega Randy Greco Also Present: Matthew Lagodzinski Christopher B. Cohen, Inspector General Members Absent: Denise McCreery Approval of Minutes Mr. Ostrega made a motion, seconded by Chairman Gaudio, to approve the minutes of the December 2, 2014, meeting; on voice vote all concurred. New Business None Comments from the Public None Executive Session Motion made by Mr. Lagodzinski to move into executive session at 5:05 p.m. to review newly submitted complaints #2015-01 and #2015-02, seconded by Mr. Greco; on voice vote all concurred. Motion to reconvene at 6:14 p.m. was made by a unanimous vote; all concurred. Reconvene in Open Session Motion to reconvene in open session at 6:15 p.m. was made by a unanimous vote. Arising out of Executive Session A recommendation was made to develop a procedure for escrow accounts in connection with construction in the Village of Niles. Chairman Gaudio stated that this recommendation will be shared with the Village Manager. Motion made by Mr. Lagodzinski to dismiss complaint #2015-01, seconded by Mr. Greco; on voice vote all concurred. Motion made by Mr. Greco to dismiss complaint #2015-02, seconded by Mr. Ostrega; on voice vote all concurred. Next Meeting A meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 14, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. A suggestion was made to discuss the appearance of impropriety language as outlined in the Code of Ordinances.
