PUBLIC NOTICE EMERGENCY SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING A virtual meeting will be held on Monday, April 6, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Conference. An Emergency Special Meeting has been called of the Board of Trustees pursuant to Ordinance 2020-09 Declaring an Emergency Affecting the Public Health, Safety and Welfare due to the Outbreak of the COVID-19 Virus in the State of Illinois. This electronic meeting is open to the public and the public may submit public comment in advance. Public comments will be accepted by email and phone call only. Public comments received by 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2020 will be read at the beginning of the meeting under Public Comment. Any comments received during the meeting will be held until the end of the meeting. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person. Public comments should be emailed to: contactniles@vniles.com and contain the following information: • Name • Street Address (Optional) • City • State • Phone (Optional) • Organization, agency, etc. being represented. The purpose of the Emergency Special Meeting will be:  Provide a community update on COVID-19  Board approval of 13 Consent Agenda Items; 2 New Business Items; and the February 2020 Treasurer’s Report (see Agenda attached detailing all items for approval) The Emergency Special Meeting will be broadcast live and available for the public to watch online at vniles.com/ntv (NTV Online) and on Comcast Channel 6 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99. This meeting will also be rebroadcast throughout the week. Village Hall will not be open for this Board meeting as the Village is encouraging social distancing and supporting the Governor’s “Stay-at-Home” directive and invites the public to participate in the meeting via the Public Comment options listed above or watch the broadcast of the meeting.
