PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING A virtual meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Conference. A Special Meeting has been called of the Board of Trustees pursuant to Section 2-31, Special Meetings, of the Niles Code of Ordinances. The purpose of this meeting is Board approval of three New Business Items (see detailed agenda attached) and a Proclamation Honoring the Class of 2020. This electronic meeting is open to the public and the public may submit comments in advance. Public comments will be accepted by email and phone call only. Public comments received by 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2020 will be read at the beginning of the meeting under Public Comments. Any comments received during the meeting will be held until the end of the meeting. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person.
