PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE SESSION JULY 21, 2020 6:00 p.m. An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees has been called pursuant to Section 2-31, Special Meetings, of the Niles Code of Ordinances. Per Governor Pritzker’s most recent disaster declaration related to public health concerns due to COVID- 19, the meeting will be held electronically on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and is closed to the public. Per the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) Exception (1) the Board will consider “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body” and Exception (2) Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives”.
