This electronic meeting is open to the public. Members of the public can watch the meeting on Niles TV (Comcast channel 6, AT&T U-Verse channel 99, or streaming at www.vniles.com/NTV). Members of the public will also have an opportunity to make comments during this meeting. Public comments are limited to three minutes per person.
