AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE SESSION August 13, 2020 4:00 p.m. An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees has been called pursuant to Section 2-31, Special Meetings, of the Niles Code of Ordinances. Per Governor Pritzker’s most recent disaster declaration related to public health concerns due to COVID- 19, the meeting will be held electronically on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. and is closed to the public. Per the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) the Board will consider Exceptions (1) “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body”; Exception (6) “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body” and Exception (5) “The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body”.
