The Board of Trustees Meeting will be called to order electronically via Zoom audio/visual conferencing
by President Przybylo at the scheduled date and time on this agenda, in accordance with Governor
Pritzker's most recent disaster declaration related to public health concerns due to the Coronavirus
Disease 2019 pandemic. This electronic meeting is open to the public. Members of the public can watch
the meeting on Niles TV (Comcast channel 6, AT&T U-Verse channel 99, or streaming at
www.vniles.com/NTV). Members of the public can participate remotely in the meeting and provide live
comment during public comment section of the meeting via Zoom or by phone. Members of the public
should raise their hand via Zoom to speak otherwise will be called upon during public comment period.
