Victorine PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION Monday, August 16, 2021 - 2:00 p.m. A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees has been called pursuant to Section 2-31, Special Meetings, of the Niles Code of Ordinances. The Executive Session will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. and will be called to order in the Council Chambers at the Village of Niles Administration Building, 1000 Civic Center Drive. The Board will adjourn into Executive Session to be held in Room 218. The Executive Session is not open to the public. Per the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(2), the Board will consider in closed session Collective Bargaining “Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives” and per 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(6) Real Estate “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body”.
