Victorine Tom Kanelos - Chairman Planning and Zoning Board ______________ Chuck Ostman - Community Development Director Joe Annunzio - Village Attorney Community Development The meeting was called to order at 11:00 am the first firm to make their presentation was Director Charles Ostman Houseal Lavigne they were represented by John Houseal At 12:15 the second firm of Duncan made their presentation and were represented by Kirk Dunkin and Daniel Grove At 1:30 the third firm of Vandewalle made their presentation and were represented by Jessica Schmidtke and Mike Slavney At 2:45 the fourth and final firm of Camiros made their presentation and were represented by Les Pollock and Arista Strungys When the last firm finished their presentation there was discussion amongst the committee reviewing all the positives and negatives of each of the firms a quick straw vote was taken and it was agreed upon to eliminate Duncan, after further discussions we all agreed that Camiros had the best portfolio of what we needed and the staff to carry out the zoning code re-write. It was then discussed on the time line to get contracts written and reviewed and to get approval from the Village board and move forward with this very important but needed project.
