Call To Order/Roll Call The Niles Building and Zoning Committee meeting was called to order at 8:28 AM. Present: 7 – Ostman, Wlodarski, Mangold, Thake, Skeffington-Vos, Lockerby, and Bruemmer Absent: 4 – Mayor Andrew Przybylo, Trustee McCreery, Kanelos, and Grcic Ostman motioned to postpone meeting for three weeks to Thursday, August 13, 2020. Rich Mangold seconded. II. Approval of Building & Zoning Committee minutes from the meeting on June 25, 2020 III. Old Business a. General discussion on unimproved alleys/fences - Tabled b. Discussion on safety devices to commercial entrances - Tabled c. Discussion on new members and staff voting - Tabled IV. New Business V. Open Discussion and Public Comments No public comment. VI. Adjournment Charles Ostman moved to adjourn at 8:31A.M. Skeffington-Vos seconded.
