Minutes Economic Development and Neighborhood Renewal Commission Thursday April 13th, 2017 Attendees :Mike Shields, Alan Zielinski, Ross Klicker, Steve Vinezeano, Joe Bialko, Jacob Ehrensaft, Denise McCreery, Lynda Stoops, Steven Costa, Jason Trunco (Arived at 6:12 PM) . I. Meeting was called to order at approximately 6:00pm. II. First order of business was approval of the minutes from November 17, 2016 Alan Zielinski Moved and Mike Shields seconded to approve the Minutes. Approved Unanimously III. The second agenda topic was a Façade Grant Application at 8028-30 N. Milwaukee Ross presented the packet of information from the petitioner and explained that he will be replacing the current façade that is having some structural issues with a new façade that will look very similar to the current. The Property owner will invest well over $10,000 and therefore be eligible for the maximum grant of $5,000. After a very brief discussion and no questions of the petition a motion was made by Alan Zielinski to Approve and seconded by Steven Costa. This motion carried unanimously. IV. The next agenda topic was Sub-Committee Updates Each of the three sub-committees provided an update of their activities to date. The meeting adjourned about 7:27. - Draft prepared by Ross Klicker 1
