FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF NILES, ILLINOIS April 7, 2015, 4:00 P.M. 1000 Civic Center Dr. Niles, IL 60714 Chairman Valle called the regular monthly meeting to order at 4:05 P.M. and took roll call. Present: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mangold, Commissioner Mueller, Interim Police Chief McEnerney. Absent: Fire Chief Borkowski and Village Attorney Annunzio. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the March 3, 2015 meeting were approved. Motion: Commissioner Mangold. Second: Commissioner Mueller. Yeas: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mangold, Commissioner Mueller. Nays: . Abstain: . Correspondence: None. Old Business: Discuss possible dates for interviews of fire department candidates. New Business: None. The regular meeting was closed at 4:08 P.M. and opened in Executive Session per 5 ILCS 120/2 (1) Personnel. Motion: Commissioner Mangold. Second: Commissioner Mueller. Yeas: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mangold, Commissioner Mueller. Nays: . Abstain: . The Executive Session opened at 4:08 P.M. to discuss Fire and Police personnel matters. The regular meeting was reconvened at 4:17 P.M. New Business: Discussion on police entrance test procedure and sergeants promotional test study list.
