Chairman Valle called the executive meeting to order at 4:11 P.M. and took roll call.
Present: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mueller, Fire Chief Borkowski, Police Chief
McEnerney. Absent: Commissioner Pacheco, Village Attorney Annunzio.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the December 1, 2015 executive session were
approved. Motion: Commissioner Mueller. Second: Chairman Valle. Yeas: Chairman
Valle, Commissioner Mueller. Nays: . Abstain:.
Fire Department Correspondence: None.
Reviewed three (3) Supervisor’s Monthly Performance report on three (3)
personnel.
Discussed a resignation of one (1) Firefighter/Paramedic.
Discussed two (2) Oral Reprimands for one (1) Firefighter/Paramedic.
Police Department Correspondence:
Reviewed one (1) performance report on one (1) Officer.
Discussed one (1) Verbal Reprimand on one (1) Officer.
The executive session meeting was adjourned at 4:27 P.M. Motion: Commissioner
