Chairman Valle called the executive meeting to order at 4:19 P.M.. Present: Present:
Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mueller, Commissioner Pacheco, Fire Chief Borkowski
and Police Chief McEnerney. Absent: Village Attorney Annunzio.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the January 5, 2016 executive session were
approved. Motion: Commissioner Mueller. Second: Commissioner Pacheco. Yeas:
Commissioner Mueller, Commissioner Pacheco, Chairman Valle. Nays: . Abstain: .
Fire Department Correspondence:
Discussed two (2) memos from Chief Borkowski regarding the completion of two
(2) Firefighter/Paramedics’ probation.
Discussed one (1) Oral Reprimand for a Firefighter/Paramedic.
Police Department Correspondence:
Reviewed one (1) performance report on one (1) Officer.
Discuss the polygraph for one (1) Fire eligibility candidate. Motion to no longer consider
candidate for employment with the Niles Fire Department: Commissioner Mueller.

Chairman Valle. Nays: . Abstain: .
The executive session meeting was adjourned at 4:25 P.M. Motion: Commissioner
