Chairman Mueller called the meeting to order at 10:02 A.M. and took roll call. Present: Commissioner
Borkowki, Chairman Mueller, District Fire Chief Scipione and Police Chief Tigera. Absent:
Commissioner Pacheco
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the October 10, 2019 meeting were approved. Motion:
Commissioner Borkowki. Second: Chairman Mueller. Yeas: Commissioner Borkowki, Chairman
Mueller. Nays: . Abstain:.
Correspondence: None.
Old Business: None.
New Business: Discuss issuing a conditional offer of employment to a new candidate. Discuss fact
sheet for Lieutenant exam..
Discuss Police hiring. Thirteen candidates submitted lateral transfer applications. Vetting process to
begin shorthly.
The regular meeting was closed at 10:06 A.M. and opened in Executive Session per 5 ILCS 120/2 (1)

The Executive Session opened at 10:06 A.M. to discuss Fire and Police personnel matters.

The next regular monthly meeting of the Commission is scheduled for April 2, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.
