FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF NILES , ILLINOIS March 30, 2021 7000 W. Touhy Avenue Niles, IL 60714 Chairman Mueller called the meeting to order at 1:15 P.M. and took roll call. Present: Commissioner Pacheco, Commissioner Borkowki, Chairman Mueller, Deputy Police Chief Penze, Fire Chief Feld and Deputy Fire Chief Greiner. Absent: Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the October 7, 2020 meeting were approved. Motion: Commissioner Pacheco. Second: Commissioner Borkowki. Yeas: Commissioner Pacheco, Commissioner Borkowki, Chairman Mueller. Nays: . Abstain:. Correspondence: None. Old Business: None. New Business: Discuss possible amendments to Fire & Police Commission Rules & Regulations. The regular meeting was closed at 1:22 P.M. and opened in Executive Session per 5 ILCS 120/2 (1) Personnel. Motion: Commissioner Pacheco. Second: Commissioner Borkowki. Yeas: Commissioner Pacheco, Commissioner Borkowki, Chairman Mueller. Nays: . Abstain:. The Executive Session opened at 1:22 P.M. to discuss Fire and Police personnel matters. The regular meeting was reconvened at 1:29 P.M. The next regular monthly meeting of the Commission is scheduled for May 6, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. The regular meeting was adjourned at 1:30 P.M.. Motion: Commissioner Pacheco.
