yard set-back requirements for a proposed expansion of an existing carport at 8728

7437, and 7443 Waukegan Road from the current ‘R-3 Two Family Residential’ to the

7421 Waukegan and an associated parking lot at 7431, 7437, and 7443 Waukegan Road.
