NEW BUSINESS 18-ZP-22 Requesting approval of a variation from Village parking requirements as found in Zoning Ordinance Section 10.4(A) to allow Grosse Pointe Manor at 6601 Touhy Avenue to expand its residential care facility without providing the required number of parking stalls.
