Minutes of the Niles Police Pension Fund Special Meeting June 30th, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. -- 7000 W. Touhy Avenue, Niles, Illinois President Vince Genualdi called the June 30th, 2014 special meeting of the Board of Trustees of Niles Police Pension Fund at 1:05 PM Present: Vince Genualdi, Marimel Lim, Skip Fucarino, Jim Callero, Mike Boba. Non-members present: Carolyn Clifford, attorney for the Board; Scot Neukirch, Finance Director for the Village of Niles; There were no public comments. I. The board met with the trustees from the Niles Fire Pension fund and discussed submitting requests for proposals from investment advisors/managers and investment consultants. The members of each board agreed to submit the firms they would like to solicit proposals from. II. Skip Fucarino made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:45 P.M. A second was made by Jim Callero.
