Touhy Aventte, Niles, lllinois for the purpose ofconducting regular business. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Trustee Boba at l0:00 a.m ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Trustees Michael Boba, Danielle Heltna, and Samuel Fucarino ABSENT: Trustees Marimel Lim and Jim Grammas ALSO PRESENT: None PUBLIC COMMENT: Tl-rere were no public comments DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION - ADJUSTMENT OF ASSUMED RATE OF RETURN: ThE Board discussed adjusting the assumed rate of investrnent retlu'n frorn the current assutned rale of 7 .25o/o to 6.5%. A motion was made by Trustee Boba and seconded by Trustee Fucarino to adjust the assumed rate of investment return Lo 6.5Yo. Motion carried by roll call vote. AYES: Trustees Boba, Helma, and Fucarino NAYS: None ABSENT: Trustees Grammas and Lirn CLOSED SESSION,IF NEEDED: There was no closed session needed. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was rnade by Trustee Boba and seconded by Trustee Helma to adjourn the meeting at 10:05 a.m. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
