Victorine MINUTES PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE Conference Room 218 November 14, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. The Public Safety Committee meeting was held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at the Village Hall. The meeting was called to order at 09:01 a.m. by Chairman Strzelecki. Members Present: Trustee/Chairman Dean Strzelecki Tony Fidanza Luis Tigera, Police Chief Marty Feld, Fire Chief Approval of Minutes: L. Tigera made a motion, seconded by T. Fidanza, to approve the minutes of the October 19, 2017 meeting; on voice vote all concurred. New Business: Police Chief Tigera made a presentation pertaining to the re-structuring of the Police Department. A lengthy discussion was held on the potential benefits of this possible re- organization. VOTE: Chief Feld made a motion, seconded by Police Chief T. Fidanza. On roll call, the vote was: YEAS 4 Strzelecki, Fidanza, Tigers, and Feld NAYS 0 ABSENT ABSTAIN There being 4 affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED.
