Old Business A recommendation was brought to the Board of Trustees and approved unanimously at the November Board Meeting to address the concerns raised by the residents of Crain Street. An ordinance was passed which designates the south side of Crain, from Harlem to Oketo, as a Snow Route. IV. New Business Item 1: Address concerns raised by a resident of Oak Avenue, west of Cumberland Avenue, and discuss potential solutions related to on-street parking. Item 2: Discuss a new policy for residents who wish to have an item placed on the Public Services Committee meeting agenda. V. Public Comments VI.
