APPROVED MINUTES OF THE AD HOC LABOR COMMITTEE VILLAGE OF NORTHBROOK COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS May 22, 2012 Trustee Scolaro called the Ad Hoc Labor Committee meeting to order in the General Government Conference Room of the Village Hall at 7:35 a.m. Present were: Trustees Scolaro, Buehler, and Heller. Also present were R. Nahrstadt, P. Kiraly, G. Van Dahm, K. Maltas, D. Kaup, J. Rowitz, attorney J. Baird, and Village Clerk Ford. CALL TO ORDER HEAR FROM THE AUDIENCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES April 6, 2011, June 28, 2011, August 3, 2011, September 27, 2011, March 8, 2012 Trustee Buehler moved, seconded by Trustee Heller to approve the minutes on an omnibus vote. On voice vote, all were in favor ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Scolaro asked for a vote to go into executive session to discuss personnel. Trustee Heller moved, seconded by Trustee Buehler to go into executive session to discuss labor negotiations. On voice vote, all were in favor. ADJOURN Following conclusion of the Executive Session, no further business was conducted. Trustee Heller moved, seconded by Trustee Buehler to adjourn the meeting. On voice vote, all were in favor.
