23 Acting Chairman Town called the meeting to order in the Terrace Room of Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane

27 Roll was called. There was a quorum.

30 Review of minutes postponed to next meeting.

32 Public Comments Regarding Items Not on the Agenda

35 Level II Design Review Permit Request for 1220 Meadow Road- Huntington Bank Signage

37 Huntington Bank is taking over First Merit Banks. The proposed signage is smaller in size, with white
38 channel letters. They will be LED illuminated. They are taking down 3 signs and replacing them with 2
39 signs.

41 Member Katz made a motion to approve the signage as presented. The motion was seconded and all
42 voted in favor.

44 Northshore 770 Development: New Sign Request for 510 Dundee Road- Zen Nail Spa

46 Andrew from TFA Signs stated the signs will have channel letters and a full aluminum box. The height
47 meets all codes.

2 Member Katz made a motion to approve the signs in accordance with the submitted plans. The motion
3 was seconded and all voted in favor.

5 New Single Family Home Elevations

7 It was recommended and all voted in favor of staff reviewing and approving the elevations at 2424
8 Illinois Road and 1627 Voltz Road.

14 Members requested an update to the role of the ACC previously discussed with President Frum. Schoon
15 stated he will follow up with Tom Poupard.

18 There being no further business, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. On a voice
19 vote, the motion unanimously carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
