DRAFT MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE BICYCLE TASK FORCE Northbrook Village Hall – Terrace Conference Room March 13th, 2013 Members Present: Doug Gerleman, Angus Duthie, Dan Pepoon, and Matt Cassidy Members Absent: Bob Jaeger Jim O’Connell, Chris Henning, Mardi Scott, and George Garner Jr. Staff Present: Jim Baxa and Jennifer Rooks-Lopez Staff Absent: Terry Ryan Call Meeting to Order. Due to insufficient committee members present the bicycle Task Force Meeting could not be called to order since a quorum was not present.
