1 Northbrook Community Relations Commission 2 3 Approved BHM Subcommittee Meeting Minutes 4 5 Date: November 11, 2014 6 Time: 7- 9 p.m. 7 Place: Village Hall 8 9 Attendees: 10 Rochelle Singer, Chair 11 Ron Mantegna, CRC 12 Crystal Cartwright 13 Nicole Cartwright 14 Joy Ebhomielen 15 Kelly Clippinger (YMCA alternate) 16 17 Not present: 18 Howard Schultz, Director NSYMCA 19 Nikki Burnett 20 Christine Beeflink 21 Dev Kennedy, YMCA alternate 22 23 Meeting Minutes: 24  The committee drafted the proposal for the JRW team’s participation in the 2015 25 BHM Celebration. 26  Proposal to be submitted to the JRW coach by the end of the current week. 27  The YMCA representative will check available dates at the YMCA. 28  Final date will be determined by the JRW team if they accept the invitation. 29  If the proposal is not accepted the committee will meet to consider an 30 alternative program plan . 31 32 Tentative Program Plan: 33 34 BHM Program Date Options: February 7, 21, 28, 14 (in order of priority). 35 Place: NSYMCA if available 36 Time: Saturday, noon - 2 p.m. 37 Program Structure: Noon: Food.
