Brief overview of program format. 26  Opening statement will precede the pledge and anthem 27  For the sake of time the subcommittee will stand to be recognized but 28 names will not be called. Audience will be directed to names on the 29 program handout. 30 2. Questions for the team: 31  Since a larger audience is anticipated, note cards for additional questions 32 the day of the event will not be available. We have more than enough 33 questions. 34 3. Media 35  There will be a designated area for media and a designated person to 36 answer questions media may have. 37 4. Security 38  Extra officers will be at the event to direct traffic and have a presence in 39 the facility. 40 5. Food Service: 41 Volunteers will be at the lobby doors to hand out tickets for the hot dogs. 42 6. Volunteers 43  To arrive at 10 a.m. Seniors will not direct parking lot traffic; other 44 volunteers will do this. 45  Subcommittee to arrive at 10 a.m.; wear name tags 46  Meet in hospitality room when team arrives
