Review of March 21, 2013 Regular Meeting Minutes 3. Chairman’s Report-  50/50 Rain Garden Brochure Completed  Update on Village/Park District Joint Sustainability Plan 4. Citizen Concerns  Hear From the Audience 5. Village  Discuss Village Hall rain garden maintenance (BB cleaned up 4/9), need top dressing  Update on Techny Basin/Willow Festival Coordination (LM)  Update regarding Village land for 3rd garden, consider recommendation, possible alternatives,request to Board if suitable location is identified (AL/BB)  Earth/Arbor Day event preparation (JR to bring foam core for map, confirm location of EQC banner, logistics to obtain rain barrel to raffle, prepare raffles slips, colored pins for rain barrels, rain gardens, front yard gardens, others?)  River Cleanup discussion, if EQC not sponsoring, can we as a group get involved with other cleanups? (Friends of Chicago River, our own at Willow Festival area?)  New business 6. Next Meeting – Thursday May 16, 2013 7. Adjourn.
