DOCKET NO. 13-04 THE GROVE OF NORTHBROOK - 263 SKOKIE BLVD.: Consider a Draft Resolution Recommending Approval an Application by the Grove of Northbrook Living & Rehab Center, LLC. (The “Applicant”) as Owner of 263 Skokie Boulevard and Interested Purchaser of the Adjacent Dennis Drive Right of Way (Both Properties Hereafter Referred to as the “Subject Property”), for the Purposes Of: A. Rezoning of the Dennis Drive Right of Way Portion of the Subject Property from C5 Commercial Boulevard District to IB Institutional Building District; B.
