Avenue (The “Subject Property”) Which is Owned by Deutsch Family Limited Partnership (The

Crossroads Partners, LLC, as the Contract Purchaser of the Property Located at 770 Skokie Boulevard
and 550 Dundee Road to Develop the Subject Property with a 347-Unit Luxury Apartment Building and
a Grocery-Anchored Shopping Center. the Applicant Has Filed an Application Seeking Approvals of the
Following Requested Items: (A) Final Site Plan for the Planned Development; (B) Final Plat of
Subdivision; (C) Text Amendment to Allow Additional Free Standing Signs by Special Permit in the O-4
