COMMUNITY PLANNING REPORT 4. HEAR FROM THE AUDIENCE 5. REVIEW OF DRAFT RESOLUTIONS A. DOCKET NO. PCD-16-02: 3000 DUNDEE ROAD - NOGGIN BUILDERS SPECIAL PERMIT. (Public Hearing Closed - No Further Public Comment Accepted) Consideration of a resolution recommending approval of an application by Noggin Builders, LLC as potential lessee of Suites 201-204 on the property commonly known as 3000 Dundee Road, for the purposes of: A) Approval of a special permit to allow schools and educational services not elsewhere classified on the Subject Property located in an O-2 Limited Office District; and B) Approval of any other such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary. PCD-16-03: 5 REVERE DRIVE - UBS WALL SIGN SPECIAL PERMIT. (First Public Hearing). Application by UBS Financial Services Inc. as lessee of a portion of the property commonly known as 5 Revere Drive which is owned by ONB LLC, for the purposes of: A) Approval of a special permit in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District to allow on the northeast façade of the existing building one wall sign, the top of which is in excess of the maximum allowed height of 20 feet from grade, but no more than 58’-4” above grade; and B) Approval of any other such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary. 8.
