An application by Prinz LTD as lessee of a portion of the property commonly known as 512 Lindberg
Lane for the purposes of authorizing (A) A special permit to allow accessory retails sales of items
manufactured, processed, assembled or warehoused on the Subject Property; and (B) Approval of
such other relief as may be necessary.

the purpose of: A) Special Permit approval to allow a Physical Fitness Facility in the C-2 Neighborhood
Commercial District; and B) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.

property commonly known as 1625 Shermer Road, which is owned by Grant and Beverly Erickson and
Samuel Papanek III, for the purposes of authorizing: A) A rezoning from I-1 Restricted Industrial
District to the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District; B) Special permit to allow a fitness facility in
excess of 2,500 square feet; C) Variations to reduce the required front yard, front setback, and rear
yard to accommodate the existing building and existing parking lot; and D) Any other such variations,
waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
