An application by 40 Skokie Property LLC as owner of the property commonly known as 40 Skokie Boulevard, for the purposes of authorizing: A) Zoning Code Text Amendment to allow ground signs in excess of 8 feet in height by special permit in the O-3 General Office District; B) A special permit to allow one ground sign in excess of the maximum allowed height of 8 feet from grade, but no more than 18 feet above grade, in the O-3 General Office District; and C) Any other relief as may be necessary.
