Call to Order 40 Chairperson Slawson-Martens called the meeting to order in the Board Room of Village Hall, 1225 Cedar 41 Lane, at 7:07 p.m. A quorum was present. 42 43 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes 44 Commissioner Dinelli moved, seconded by Commissioner Mankoff, to approve the YC meeting minutes 45 of January 27, 2016. Quiz Bowl Rehearsal 9 Chairperson Slawson-Martens noted there are several tasks which need to be assigned (handing out T- 10 shirts, distributing medals, scorekeeper, writing schools on white board, etc.). 11 12 Commissioner Elisco arrived at 7:10 p.m. 13 14 Assignments of tasks took place. Itinerary and flow were discussed. Chairperson Slawson-Martens 15 advised YC members should arrive at 5:45 p.m. for the Quiz Bowl. An introduction and practice reading 16 of the rules occurred. Quiz Bowl rehearsal took place. 17 18 Commissioners Anderson and Calise departed at 7:18 p.m. 19 20 7. Next Meeting 21 The next YC meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2016. 22 23 8.
