REGULAR MEETING NORTHBROOK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Monday, March 26, 2012 NORTHBROOK VILLAGE HALL BOARD ROOM 1225 CEDAR LANE 7:30 PM 1) Call To Order 2) Review of minutes – November 28, 2011 Meeting 3) General Public Comments - Items Not Otherwise on the Agenda 4) Public Hearing and Consideration of the Following Petition:  DOCKET NO. 12-Z-1 – Petition by Elizabeth Lovelace, 2711 North Paulina, Chicago, IL 60614, with consent from the owner, John Swiden, and power of attorney, Judy Lovelace, 1105 Landwehr Road, Northbrook, IL 60062, for a variation to reduce the required rear yard from 40 feet to 30.25 feet on the property commonly known as 3144 Plum Island Drive (PREI No. 04- 08-411-015).
