DOCKET NO. 12-Z-1 – Petition by Elizabeth Lovelace, 2711 North Paulina, Chicago, IL
60614, with consent from the owner, John Swiden, and power of attorney, Judy Lovelace, 1105
Landwehr Road, Northbrook, IL 60062, for a variation to reduce the required rear yard from 40
feet to 30.25 feet on the property commonly known as 3144 Plum Island Drive (PREI No. 04-
08-411-015). The variation is requested to construct a one-story addition.
