APPROVED MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF NORTHBROOK COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS October 22, 2012 Call to Order Members Robicsek, Craig, Menn, and Chairman Decker (4) were present. Member Lown was delayed. Members Pick and Schofield were absent. A quorum was not present. Additionally, Member Menn needs to recuse himself because he has done some architectural work for the petitioner. Village staff present included J. Maisch, Zoning Administrator and Code Enforcement Official, and L. Sweet, recorder. Public Hearing and Consideration of Petition The Petitioner received a continuance. DOCKET NO.12-Z-8- Petition by Mark Kipnis, Affiliated Realty and Management Company, 1720 W. Algonquin Road, Mt. Prospect, IL, 60056, with consent from owners, Code 77A, LLC, for a variation to authorize a restaurant use with 45 seats in the shopping center on the property commonly known as 845-847 Sanders Road (04-07-200-031). The shopping center is presently a legal nonconformity in terms of available parking.
