Advisory Taskforce on Zoning

2.11.15 Minutes 1. Call to order 2. Roll Call taken and members introduced. All members present. Announced that Bill Hennessey will not serve on the Task Force. 3. Discuss goals of task force a. Outline next steps. i. Brainstorm session re: issues to consider related to planning and zoning 1. Lengthy discussion over potential changes to public notice of applications. Agreement to ask for feedback from Zoning and Redevelopment Staff. 2. Special permit applications discussed and decision not to take any action re: special permits as Z.C. is currently considering similar changes. 3. Access to information on City’s website discussed with emphasis on putting more info online, organizing it in a more user friendly fashion and potentially sending email updates to taxpayers. ii. Volunteers to review various planning documents – start with feedback from staff before going through planning documents. 4. Comments of task force members – next meeting to be 3/11. 5. Adjourn
