REGULAR MEETING – BLIGHT HEARINGS AGENDA MARCH 27, 2025, 2:00 PM BY ZOOM AND ROOM 125 To allow public access, anyone may access a meeting by telephone and/or Zoom, or a recording in the City of Norwalk YouTube channel. All speakers must state their name and address. Comments must be on a topic on the agenda, and are limited to three minutes. HEARING ITEMS A. 2 Cossitt Road-Blight Citation Hearing (City Code 58A-4) Property has been cited for fire damage; unauthorized outdoor storage or accumulation of junk, trash or rubbish on the property; missing or broken windows or doors; rotting portions of roof, walls or floors; unkempt vegetation. B. 14 Park Hill Avenue-Blight Citation Hearing (City Code 58A-4): Property has been cited for unkempt vegetation; mold/mildew covering structure; awnings moldy and in disrepair; unauthorized outdoor storage or accumulation of junk, trash or rubbish on the property. C. 10 Norden Place-Blight Citation Hearing (City Code 58A-4): Property has been cited for unkempt vegetation; unauthorized outdoor storage or accumulation of junk, trash or rubbish on the property; graffiti in multiple areas; dilapidated bus depot. This is a continuation from a hearing held on November 19, 2024
