East Norwalk Neighborhood TOD Plan The East Norwalk TOD planning team is excited to present the draft TOD plan to the Norwalk community on Wednesday July 1st starting at 6:30 PM and Thursday July 2nd at 11AM via Zoom. It’s been nearly 18 months in the making! We anticipate an approximate 40 minute presentation, followed by a question and answer period.
