corner of the transient float should be 10 feet. There will not be a new document for this as they

138 WATER STREET
Mr. Bajek came forward to discuss this item. Copies of the plan were distributed to the
Commission Members. This is an ongoing application with DEEP. He reviewed the history of the
application for those present. They are looking for non-dredging options. This application is for
one of those options by extending an existing figure float 20 feet further. DEEP feels this is a
good plan and has moved the application forward. A piece of the main float is also being
removed and some of the float anchor piles are being moved as a result.
There have been talks with the neighboring clubs regarding concerns about them getting close to
their docks. Mr. Bajek reviewed how those discussions had gone. Mr. Perschino also provided
further information regarding the reasoning behind the decision and more information regarding
the marina. He listed his concerns regarding the expansion. Further discussion followed.
