Call To Order Village President Abu-Taleb called the meeting. 2. Roll Call Present, members of the Personnel Committee: Trustee Barber, Trustee Ott, Trustee Salzman, and President Abu-Taleb Absent: none Also Present: Trustee Tucker and Village Manager Pavlicek 3. Public Comment none 4. Approval of Minutes It was motioned by Trustee Barber and seconded by Trustee Ott to approve the minutes of the December 18, 2015 minutes of the Personnel Committee. A voice vote was taken and the motion was approved. 5. Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session for the Purposes of Discussing the compensation or performance of specific employees of the public body pursuant to 5 ILCS120/2(c)(1) It was moved by Trustee Barber and seconded by Trustee Ott to go into executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) - discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act; and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - appointment, employmene, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. The motion was approved. 6. Adjournment It was moved and seconded to adjourn. A voice vote was taken and the executive session was adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
