Call To Order Trustee Button called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: Members of the Personnel Committee; Trustee Andrews, Trustee Button, Trustee Taglia, and President Abu-Taleb Absent: none Also present: Trustee Boutet, and Village Clerk Scaman 3. Public Comment none 4. Approval of Minutes A. ID 19-28 Minutes from the March 12, 2018 Meeting of the Personnel Committee It was moved by Trustee Andrews and seconded by Trustee Taglia to approve the minutes from the March 12, 2018 meeting of the Personnel Committee. A voice vote was taken and the motion was approved. 5. Motion to adjourn to Executive Session for the purposes of discussing the compensation or performance of specific employees of the public body pursuant to 5 ILCS120/2(c)(1). It was moved by Trustee Andrews and seconded by Trustee Taglia to enter into executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) - approval of executive session minutes; and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - discussion of compensation or performance of specific employees of the public body. The motion was approved.
