Thursday, January 6, 2022 4:00 PM Remote
1. Call To Order
Village President Scaman called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M. She
authorized a statement be read providing that the meeting is being held
remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines and that it is not prudent
to have people present at the Village Board's regular meeting location due to
public health concerns related to that pandemic.
2. Roll Call
Present: Village Trustees Enyia, Robinson and Taglia; Village President Scaman
Absent: None
3. Public Comment
There were no Public Comments.
4. Approval of Minutes
A. MOT 22-2 Minutes from the December 14, 2021, Meeting of the Personnel Committee
It was moved by Village Trustee Taglia, seconded by Village Trustee Robinson,
to approve the Minutes. The motion was approved. The roll call on the vote was
as follows:
AYES: 4 - Village President Scaman, Village Trustee Enyia, Village Trustee
Robinson and Village TrusteeTaglia
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 0
5. Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session
It was moved by Village Trustee Robinson, seconded by Village Trustee Enyia, to
enter into Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) - Approval of
Executive Session Minutes, pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - the Appointment of a
Specific Employee of the Village, and pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(3) - the
Selection of a Person to Fill a Vacancy in a Public Office. The motion was
approved. The roll call on the vote was as follows:
AYES: 4 - Village President Scaman, Village Trustee Enyia, Village Trustee
Robinson, and Village Trustee Taglia

6. Adjournment
It was moved by Village Trustee Taglia, seconded by Village Trustee Robinson,
to adjourn. The motion was approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:37 P.M.,
Thursday, January 6, 2022.

1. Call To Order
A Personnel Committee Meeting is being conducted remotely at 4:00 p.m. with live audio
available and optional video. The meeting will be available live at
https://oak-park-us.zoom.us/j/84107288626 and archived online for on-demand viewing at
www.oak-park.us/boardtv the following day. Remote Meetings of the Personnel
Committee are authorized pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Open Meetings Act. The
Village President has determined that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent
due to the COVID-19 outbreak during the Governor’s disaster proclamation. It is also not
feasible to have a person present at the Personnel Committee meeting location due to
public safety concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Public statements of up to three minutes will be allowed during public comment. Send a
request to state your comments during the virtual meeting by 3pm the day of the
Personnel Committee meeting to clerk@oak-park.us or call 708.358.5672. If email is not
an option, call the Village Clerk's Office by 5pm prior to the meeting at 708.358.5672.
You will be sent instructions on how to participate during the virtual meeting. You may
also communicate with the Village Board at 708.358.5784 or email board@oak-park.us.
