Call to Order Village President Scaman called the meeting to order at 5:01 P.M. 2. Roll Call Village Trustee Buchanan arrived at 5:10 P.M. Village Trustee Enyia arrived at 5:41 P.M. Present: 6- Village President Scaman, Village Trustee Buchanan, Village Trustee Enyia, Village Trustee Parakkat, Village Trustee Robinson, and Village Trustee Taglia Absent: 1- Village Trustee Walker-Peddakotla 3. Public Comment There was no Public Comment. 4. Consideration of Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session to Discuss Personnel It was moved by Village Trustee Parakkat, seconded by Village Trustee Robinson, to enter into Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - the Appointment of a Specific Employee of the Village, and pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(3) - the Selection of a Person to Fill a Vacancy in a Public Office. The motion was approved. The roll call on the vote was as follows: AYES: 4- Village President Scaman, Village Trustee Parakkat, Village Trustee Robinson, and Village Trustee Taglia NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 3- Village Trustee Buchanan, Village Trustee Enyia, and Village Trustee Walker-Peddakotla 5. Adjourn to Executive Session Meeting went into Executive Session at 5:02 P.M. 6. Reconvene to a Special Meeting in the Council Chambers and Call to Order Meeting Reconvened at 5:52 P.M. 7. The Village Board is expected to immediately adjourn to Executive Session and reconvene to the Special Meeting at approximately 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be streamed live and archived online for on-demand viewing at www.oak-park.us/boardtv as well as cablecast on VOP-TV, which is available to Comcast subscribers on channel 6 and ATT Uverse subscribers on channel 99. The President and Board of Trustees welcome you. Statements may be made by individuals at the beginning of the meeting, as well as when agenda items are reviewed. If you wish to make a statement, please complete the "Instructions to Address the Village Board" form which is available at the back of the Chambers, and present it to the staff table at front. When recognized, approach the podium, state your name, and please limit your remarks to three minutes. Instructions for Non-Agenda Public Comment Non-agenda public comment is a time set aside at the beginning of each regular meeting for citizens to make statements about an issue or concern that is not on that meeting's agenda.
