• A special public hearing will be held by the Building Code Commission of the City
of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in
the Plan Review Conference Room located at 420 W. Main St., 8th Floor, Oklahoma
City, OK 73102.
• Those interested in the case may appear at the hearing and be heard, or written
protest or petitions may be filed with the Clerk of said Commission at any time
prior to the hearing at 405-297-2979 or at scott.wise@okc.gov .
• If you need a sign language interpreter at the meeting, or if you need the agenda in

III. NEW BUSINESS – SPECIAL REQUEST BY OKCPS BOARD MEMBERS TO HEAR
ADDITIONAL PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE 2018 IBC SECTIONS 423 AND
1109.16, AS WELL AS THE 2018 IEBC SECTIONS 305, 1011.8, AND 1106.1 AS IT
PERTAINS TO: STORM SHELTERS REQUIRED FOR EDUCATIONAL USE
FACILITIES; AND ADULT CHANGING STATIONS. – OPEN FORUM
