It is the policy of the City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with
disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Anyone with a disability who requires an
accommodation, a modification of policies or procedures, or an auxiliary aid or service, or alternate format
of the agenda in order to participate in this meeting should contact the ADA Coordinator of the Planning
Department at 2972406 or TDD 2972020 as soon as possible but not later than 48 hours (not including
weekends or holidays) before the scheduled meeting. The Planning Department will give primary
consideration to the choice of auxiliary aid or service requested by the individual with disability. The
following guidelines are in place for meetings in City buildings: air purifying machines have been installed in
the conference room; hand sanitizer and disposable face masks will be available; and the conference room
will be cleaned and sanitized.

Addressing the Committee
Citizens may address the Committee on certain items by signing up to speak and providing the agenda
item number,
their reason for appearing, and their address, but all comments must be relevant to the item.
Committee Actions
Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. The Committee may adopt,
approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item.
Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda
entirely.

D. Dowell Murrah Loan Staff Report – Consideration and recommendation of a
Resolution approving a Murrah District Economic Development loan up to
$629,568 including a new loan of $427,237 and consolidation of up to $202,331
from a prior loan to the project from the Supplemental Community Development
Block Grant to 601 North Walker, LLC for the rehabilitation of a vacant building
located at 601 N Walker Avenue within the Murrah District Revitalization Area,
and approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Loan Agreement. (Ward
6)
E. Townhouse Modification Consideration and recommendation of a Resolution
approving a Fourth Loan Modification Agreement between The City of Oklahoma
City and The Townhouse LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company; and an
Intercreditor Servicing and Subordination Agreement between The City of
Oklahoma City and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank, a Division of Fidelity Bank, N.A.;
authorizing reamortization of the unpaid principal balance of the Murrah loan in
the amount of $475,228.04; extending the Murrah loan repayment term to fifteen
(15) years; and authorizing the Mayor to sign all necessary documents including
but not limited to the Fourth Loan Modification Agreement and Intercreditor
Servicing and Subordination Agreement. (Ward 7)
